As well as hosting exquisite, natural citrus, Perdine’s orchards are an ecologically diverse home for more of the region’s natural flora and fauna. The bees here produce pure honey only from the beautiful blossoms that grow throughout the orchard, free of any contamination. The creamy, orange-blossom honey has a uniquely fluffy texture that is obtained when the honey is whipped. It has a very beautiful light golden color, and the texture is soft on the pallet, allowing flavors of pollen and orange to melt onto the tongue.
