About this product

The wine is pale straw in color, with a harmonic (armonico) bouquet of fresh fruits. Crisp and mineral, it finishes with green apple, aromatic herbs, and notes of chamomile—a balance of fruit and savory.

Fermentation
Individual varietals are cold macerated to accentuate their aromatics, then blended and aged sur lie for 4 months to harmonize their characters
Pairings
Picnics, anything that swims, and elegant hors d’oeuvres.
The Vintage
A mild winter, and cool, spring rains led to a warm summer, with even ripening through to harvest.
