A complex, dry, and structured rosé, with notes of crushed raspberries, rose petals, plum, and popcorn. Structured to age and develop, yet too adorable to wait to enjoy.
Fermentation
After a few hours of maceration on the skins, a long, slow fermentation is followed by aging in stainless steel to maintain the wine’s exuberance
Pairings
The life of the party, this sophisticated rosé is delightful paired with grilled vegetables, salads, and charcuterie, while having the structure to enjoy through the main course, with lamb, roast chicken, and grilled fish dishes.
The Vintage
A mild winter, and cool, spring rains led to a warm summer, with even ripening through to harvest. Picture-perfect weather from mid-September to mid-August was ideal for the late ripening Nebbiolo.
