The Lyüs white wine was born with the aim of making a structured wine, at the same time fresh and with a complex aroma. Think orange blossoms and white peach. Sip by the pool or bring to your favorite BYOB.
Visual: Golden yellow. Nose: Complex aroma, ranging from tropical fruit to aromatic herbs. Flavor: Rich and harmonious, with a remarkable persistence supported by a pleasant freshness.
The crushed and destemmed grapes are fermented in contact with the skins for 10 days at a controlled temperature (18-20°C). Subsequently, the skins are separated from the must and fermentation is finished in the absence of maceration. This is followed by maturation on the lees with bâtonnage for 5-6 months before bottling.
