The queen of grapefruit, the seductive pomelo, is the standout flavor in this gin, giving it an aromatic quality that pairs beautifully with blue cheese, shellfish, and peppery greens. We recommend a pairing of a 50 / 50 Martini (equal parts gin and blanc vermouth) with a grapefruit, lobster, and avocado salad. Or try a combination of blue cheese, grapefruit, red onion, and arugula paired with a refreshing Maharani gin and tonic.
