This rosé brut is a champenoise-method sparkling wine, notable for being produced from harvesting the higher acid, lower tannin tip of Nebbiolo clusters, early in the season. It has proved to be very versatile, excellent for the production of sparkling wine bases. The result of several years of trials, our sparkling rosé is born, thus merging two of our passions: sparkling wines and rosé wines. It is mineral rich and dry, with the heady scent of raspberries and rose petals.
Visual: Onion peel color, fine and persistent perlage. Nose: Complex; white and red flowers, aromatic herbs, and a slight note of bread crust. Flavor: Enveloping freshness and softness; persistence supported by a slight tannin.
