Thanks to its unique production method, Oriel natural mineral sea salt is intense yet smooth in flavor. With all the minerality of the sea, this salt is ideal for the table or to finish dishes. Oriel’s sea salt is flash dried in a custom-built ceramic kiln at 400°C (750°F), fusing the minerals, while removing moisture. The result is a fine, free-flowing sea salt, without any additives. As there is no need to wash the salt, it retains the entirety of its abundant healthy mineral content. It penetrates food faster, disperses flavor more effectively, and requires less volume than regular sea salt.
